IBEW Local 350 in Hannibal has no confirmed open-call total on October 29, 2026. The September 3 hall bulletin says to call the hall. The same bulletin lists four journeyman lines that add to 51 positions, and those lines are not today's official count. The scale on file is $40.00. Book 1 is 1 and Book 2 is 6. Read the live board on the Local 350 page. GoHereBro tracks 300 IBEW locals.

What the Hannibal bulletin actually says

The exact search "ibew local 350" is led by a competitor page that says 4 open calls. Local 350 is already on that results page, with the $40.00 scale in the title, because the local record does not carry an open-call total. This guide is the hall story. It will go stale. Call the hall before you drive.

The bulletin on file is dated September 3, 2026. The first line says the count is unknown and to call the hall for the current reading. It also says it is a small hall. The same bulletin is the source of four journeyman lines. Paynecrest wants 20 at Google Project Spade on 6-10s, a 6:00 a.m. start, under a project labor agreement. GECO, listed as Guarantee, wants 20 on that same project, same schedule, same start. ArchKey wants 5 at Google Project Spade on 40 hours plus overtime, also a 6:00 a.m. start, under the same kind of agreement. Paynecrest wants 6 at the Audrain Renewable Energy Center on 6-10s, a 7:00 a.m. start, under a national maintenance agreement. Each of those lines asks for safety toes, a background check, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, and a drug screen. The four lines add to 51 positions. The bulletin does not add them into an official total, and the local page does not show one. Publish both facts. Do not treat 51 as the number on the board today.

No public hall website answered this check, so it is not linked. The hall on file is 801 Church Street, Hannibal, MO 63401, (573) 221-2648. The Missouri pay page and the pay hub sit next to the calls. Hot spots and the map cover the rest of the 300 locals. Start at the homepage for the daily board, and use compare when you are stacking this hall against another directory.

Scale on file, and what is not the scale

The journeyman scale on file is $40.00 an hour. It comes from a member submission checked on October 17, 2026, and it still needs a hall wage sheet. Health and welfare on that file is $8.82 an hour. The pension line is 25 percent or $10.00 an hour. Vacation is 7 percent or $2.80 an hour. The package figure stored with those pieces is $63.35 an hour. A plain 40-hour week at the scale is $1,600.00 before fringes.

The call records also carry a pay field of $56.79 an hour plus $5.00 an hour for 90 percent attendance. That dollar amount is not in the bulletin text. The wage note next to it uses a $51.79 base, and $51.79 is the scale on file at Local 1 in St. Louis, not a rate printed on the Hannibal lines. That note is still waiting on a hall sheet. It is not in the weekly table.

A member note on the same file claimed about 160 names on Book 2. The book counts on the local page are Book 1 at 1 and Book 2 at 6. Those two Book 2 numbers do not match. Call the hall. The Book 2 travel guide is the signup path if you are not already on the book.

The Google lines are 6-10s, which is 60 hours on the schedule, and the ArchKey line says 40 hours plus overtime. None of the four lines prints an overtime rate. The extra hours stay unpriced. No per diem is printed.

Week Rate Hours Straight OT Gross
Scale on file, 40 hours $40.00 40 $1,600.00 $0.00 $1,600.00

The wage explainer is the national version of this math.

Missouri license, then the other halls

Missouri's statewide license is a contractor license. The Office of Statewide Electrical Contractors began accepting those applications on July 1, 2019. The state FAQ says the statewide electrical contractor license is optional, not mandatory. If you work only where you are already licensed, or where no license is required, the FAQ says you may not want it. Section 324.920 is the contractor statute. One path on that page is 12,000 verifiable practical hours. Another is 10,000 hours plus an electrical journeyman certificate from a U.S. Department of Labor approved apprenticeship. Another is 8,000 hours plus an associate's degree. Another is 4,000 hours supervising the work plus a four-year electrical engineering degree. The same FAQ says reciprocity is a maybe, and that the state has not posted the state list on that page. This is not a journeyman card. The longer city-by-city writeup is the Missouri license guide.

Local 1 in St. Louis has 12 open calls at $51.79. Local 124 in Kansas City has 41 open calls at $57.01, Book 1 at 183 and Book 2 at 88. Local 545 in St. Joseph has 25 open calls at $55.00, Book 1 at 9 and Book 2 at 1.
