Amtech's Instrument Tech call sweetens it further at 10% over scale plus $175/day per diem (EPRI cert required). **LU-26 Washington, DC** tops the scale chart at $62.00/hr with 188 open calls, heavy data center work in Northern VA, and a notable per diem call at FIS Sterling ($125/day). Military base and QA/QC work also in the mix — strong variety. **LU-481 Indianapolis, IN** is firing on all cylinders — 188 calls, $53.80/hr (10% over scale) on Meta and Eli Lilly projects, with schedules running up to 7-10s rotating. One of the better combinations of volume and premium pay right now. **LU-494 Milwaukee, WI** offers a $10/hr premium on top of $52.73 scale at the Port Washington Data Center, with 60-hour weeks available. NM EE98J license unlocks the best calls here. Overall market is strong heading into late July — data centers are dominating call boards coast to coast, and locals with per diem plus premium pay are stacking up fast.
