LU-613 Atlanta, GA — 396 open calls with Book 1 at 923 deep, Book 2 at 35. Base scale is $40.00/hr but the largest calls are paying $42.00/hr at QTS Fayetteville DC-3 and DC-4, Hampton Shop, and Fulton Industrial DataBank — all running 4-10s with optional or scheduled Saturday 8-hour shifts. Orientation runs Monday–Thursday depending on contractor. Safety-toed boots required on most calls.
LU-26 Washington, DC — 390 open calls at $62.00/hr scale. JE Richards is driving the bulk of volume with data center work in Manassas, Fredericksburg, and Sterling, VA — structured at 50–60 hrs/week with 2 daily OT hours Mon–Fri and up to 10 hours Saturday. Expect drug test, background check, and a mandatory 2-day safety training plus OSHA 10 on JE Richards calls. Aarow Electric has work at DCA 72 and the Nolan Building requiring U.S. citizenship documentation.
LU-494 Milwaukee, WI — 227 open calls at $52.51/hr base. Top calls at Port Washington Data Center are paying $62.51/hr at 58–60 hrs/week across three contractors (Gurtz, Cupertino, MJ Electric) — all require a Wisconsin license, drug test, and physical ID. Westphal at Oak Creek Power Plant offers $60.00/hr on 5-10s plus $1,050/week subsistence for travelers over 70 miles — background check and on-site drug screening required.

Volume is modest; largest visible work is Industrial Electric placing JWs at Eli Lilly Southside on 5-8s Monday–Friday with spotty OT, 6 AM start. Drug test and background check required. A NETA Level 2 (Level 3 preferred) tech is also needed for a long-call testing position at various locations.

Eagle Mountain is the hot spot — Winward is paying scale plus $225 per 10-hour weekday and $225 Saturday at QTS with 8 straight + 2 OT weekdays. Skyline has two META and QTS calls; one QTS call pays $61.22/hr. Rydalch has work at Rocky Mountain Power Terminal in West Valley with OT available, 6:30 AM start. Report to shop after dispatch on most calls.
LU-575 Portsmouth, OH — 103 open calls across just three active calls. The big mover is TSG with 99 JWs needed at North Campus Amazon in Jeffersonville on 4-10s + 1-8 + spotty Saturdays — 10-year minimum experience required. Pritchard Electric at Nexpera in Morton, KY pays $44.89/hr (scale + $3.54 over) on 7-10s running through approximately October 3; TWIC card required.
