WI license required across the board. Hard to beat right now. **LU-405 Cedar Rapids, IA** is another strong data center play — QTS and EWD are pulling 112 calls with top pay hitting **$54.48/hr + double-time OT** on 6-10s. Iowa license required for most calls; OSHA 10/30 a must. **LU-481 Indianapolis, IN** has 183 open calls with Meade Electric topping out at **$53.80/hr** (10% over scale) on 5-12s at the Meta Lebanon data center. Industrial Electric at Eli Lilly is running a 7-10 rotating schedule — 13 on/1 off. **LU-294 Hibbing, MN** stands out for per diem — Hunt Electric has 110 JW slots running 6-10s with **$125–$175/day per diem** on top of scale. Northern Minnesota solar and industrial work is stacked deep. **LU-26 Washington, DC** carries the highest base scale on the board at **$62.00/hr**, with New River offering a short-term bump to **$77.00/hr** for rigid conduit work in Radford. Long-term construction at Arlington and DC proper as well. **LU-1426 Grand Forks, ND** is worth a look for travelers who can meet ND license requirements — Parsons has 50 JW slots at Polaris Forge with incentive pay of **$100–$150/day plus $100/day per diem**, and a second-shift differential on top of that. Overall, data center work is driving the bulk of open calls nationwide right now — travelers with data center or industrial experience and current OSHA cards are positioned well heading into the holiday weekend.
