DC's best call is JE Richards — 40 JW combined across Sterling and Manassas at 60 hrs/week, and FIS is paying $125/day per diem on top of DC's $62/hr scale. Milwaukee (LU-494) is the premium rate story — $62.73/hr at Port Washington Data Center with 60+ hour weeks through Gurtz (35 JW) and MJ Electric (20 JW), but you'll need a WI JW license to grab it. Cedar Rapids (LU-405) is quietly stacked with 131 calls at $54.48/hr across three data center contractors at QTS and EWD, with double-time OT — Iowa license required. Grand Forks (LU-1426) has 131 calls with Parsons Electric pulling 50 JW at Polaris Forge Data Center, running 6-10s with up to $250/day in combined incentive and per diem on a $44.80 base. El Paso (LU-583) is worth a look if you hold a NM JIW license — 96 JW positions are paying $55/hr with all OT at double time. Hibbing (LU-294) has 164 calls dominated by Hunt Electric's 105-JW call at 6-10s with Saturdays at double time and up to $175/day subsistence — strong long-term play for travelers who can make it north. Overall, the data center buildout is driving the bulk of volume across nearly every active board right now — travelers with licenses and OSHA 10 are positioned to work as many hours as they want.
