Book 1 is at just 1, so travelers should move fast. **LU-405 Cedar Rapids** is a standout value play — CST and Cupertino are both paying **$54.48/hr** (10 over scale) with DT overtime on 6-10s at QTS and EWD data centers; 131 open calls with Iowa license required. **LU-494 Milwaukee** also hitting $62.73/hr at the Port Washington Data Center with multiple contractors (Gurtz, MJ Electric, Cupertino, Uihlein) running 50-60 hour weeks — Wisconsin license and drug test required across the board. **LU-294 Hibbing MN** has 164 calls with Hunt Electric running 105 JW positions on 6-10s plus Saturday DT, and per diem ranging $125–$175/day — one of the better all-in packages out there right now. **LU-1105 Newark OH** is stacked with 180 calls — Superior Group alone needs 64 JWs across data center projects with DT OT, and Newkirk is paying $6 over scale at $50.67/hr. Call after 5pm weekdays or anytime this weekend. **LU-583 El Paso** base scale is low at $29.50, but NM work through Summit Line and Cupertino pays $55/hr with DT OT — just need that NM JIW license (EE98J). Overall, data center construction is driving the market hard right now — premium hours and above-scale pay are showing up in almost every jurisdiction this week.
