MV splicers with Shermco/NETA certs can pull $40.90/hr at QTS Fayette, and SCMMA scale hits $42.18/hr at Plant Bowen starting 8/3. **LU-494 Milwaukee** is the high-earner of the day — base $52.73/hr plus a $10/hr premium on multiple Port Washington Data Center calls, with 58-60 hour weeks available. Valid WI license required across the board; 179 calls and Book 1 is thin at just 22. **LU-26 DC** posts 160 calls at $62.00/hr scale with heavy NoVA data center activity — several calls note possible OT and one long-running construction call in Springfield runs 2 years.
