QTS Fayette is pulling 44 JW through Inglett & Stubbs on 4-10s with optional Saturdays, and Miller TN has a cable splicer call at $40.90/hr for those with MV experience. **LU-494 Milwaukee, WI** is the top earner today at $52.73 base, with Port Washington Data Center calls running $62.73/hr plus $10 over at 50-60+ hours weekly — valid WI license required across the board. Between Gurtz, MJ Electric, Cupertino, and Staff Electric, there are 67+ JW calls at that site alone. **LU-405 Cedar Rapids, IA** is worth a serious look — $54.48/hr with double-time OT on 6-10s at EWD and QTS Data Centers, and 132 total calls. CST alone is pulling 50 JW. Iowa electrical license required on most calls. **LU-1105 Newark, OH** has some of the best OT language on the board — multiple Superior Group calls paying all overtime as double time on 4-10s plus most Saturdays. 109 total calls with a mix of data center and energy project work. **LU-237 Niagara Falls, NY** is stacking 98 calls almost entirely at Lake Mariner Data Center on 7-10 schedules with per diem available — Ferguson and O'Connell together need 74 JW. **LU-583 El Paso, TX** stands out despite its $29.50 base — Summit Line, B&D, Cupertino, and Mass Electric are all posting JIW calls at $55/hr with double-time OT; NM EE98J license gets you there. Overall, data center builds are driving the bulk of the market right now — heavy hours, premium pay, and long calls are the norm across nearly every board today.
