That's serious take-home on top of $44.80 scale. **LU-405 Cedar Rapids, IA** is one of the better deals on paper — base scale jumps to $54.73/hr on most data center calls with 2x OT on a 6-10s schedule. 123 open calls between QTS and EWD facilities, with a 2nd shift option carrying a 17.3% differential. **LU-613 Atlanta, GA** leads in raw volume with 357 open calls, mostly concentrated in data center and hospital work in Fayette County. Schedules are 4-10s + optional Saturdays at $40.00 scale — solid steady work even if the rate isn't the highest on the board. **LU-494 Milwaukee, WI** is worth a hard look — $52.73 scale plus **$10/hour over** on multiple Port Washington Data Center calls running 58–60+ hours a week.
