IBEW Traveler Snapshot — Friday, August 28, 2026 LU-613 Atlanta, GA — $40.00/hr base with 331 open calls and Book 1 sitting at 914, so travelers will be pulling from Book 2 (35 deep). The market is dominated by data center work in Fayetteville/QTS — Whitehead (41 JW), Inglett & Stubbs (37 JW), and two Miller TN calls (29 and 20 JW) are the biggest. Most jobs run 4-10s plus Saturday 8s, Mon–Sat. Medium-voltage cable pulling on the Miller MV call; steel-toed boots required there. Inglett & Stubbs at QTS and DataBank both list Saturdays as optional. LU-26 Washington, DC — $62.00/hr base with 328 open calls. The dominant call is JE Richards at MDC Manassas — 100 JW running 60 hrs/week, M–F with 2 hrs OT daily plus a 10-hr Saturday. OSHA 10, drug test, background check, and 2-day safety training required. A second JE Richards call in Sterling (20 JW) runs the same schedule; a Fredericksburg call (12 JW) runs 50 hrs/week. Varcomac has 22 JW doing conduit at the Federal Reserve in DC. The headline call is Freeman Electric at McCormick Place South — 100 Inside JW, short call, 8 AM start, valid ID and SS card or passport required, no cellphones or earbuds on site, possible OT and days off. ABCO (6 JW, Downtown Loop) runs 40 hrs with Saturday OT as needed; two shifts possible. Jamerson & Bauwens (6 JW, Streeterville) is a hospital remodel with OT forthcoming.
