Book 1 sits at 27 with Book 2 at 57, so travelers should expect Book 2 referrals on most calls. A Wisconsin electrical license, physical passport or two government IDs, and a passed drug test are required for the high-hour data center positions.
LU-474 Memphis, TN is a smaller board at 149 open calls but carries some of the most attractive pay packages in today's data. The Copperhead night-shift call pays $48.25/hr with 1.5x Monday through Saturday and 2x on Sundays, requiring rigid conduit and industrial controls experience along with a 10-year background check.
Overall, Northern Virginia and Milwaukee are the standout markets today for pay and hours, while Atlanta and San Antonio offer the highest volume of open seats for travelers ready to move quickly.
