Salt Lake City LU-354 has 204 calls at $43.65/hr, heavy on data center work with nice incentives including a $10/hr base rate bump at some projects. California's LU-180 Vallejo posted 201 calls at $61.56/hr with contractors scrambling for journeymen across commercial and industrial projects.
North Dakota's LU-1426 Grand Forks showing 167 calls ($36.15/hr) with Parsons Electric offering $100-150 daily incentives for 60-hour weeks at data centers. Dallas LU-20 has 116 open calls ($39.65/hr) with contractors hiring for everything from airports to data centers, while Cedar Rapids LU-405 posted 107 calls ($42.23/hr) mostly for long-term data center projects paying $5 over scale with double-time OT.
Data center construction continues driving demand nationwide, with many locals offering substantial per diems and incentive pay to attract travelers — if you've got OSHA certs and can pass background checks, there's plenty of work out there.
