Texas locals are stacked: Amarillo (602) has 165 calls at the Llano Data Center, and Grand Forks (1426) is offering $100-150/day incentives plus per diem at their 137 open calls. Newark (1105) showing 109 calls with Cupertino and ESI paying $2 over scale with double-time OT at New Albany projects. Cedar Rapids (405) has 102 calls with contractors competing at $5 over scale. If you're chasing scale, LA (11) tops the chart at $64.50/hr, but Phoenix (640) is easier to break into with only 125 on Book 1.
