Strong data center and pharma mix keeps Indiana busy. **LU-26 Washington DC** tops the pay scale at $62.00/hr with 167 calls, mostly data center work in Sterling and Manassas VA running heavy overtime — JE Richard has a 60-hr/week QA/QC call if you've got NETA experience. US citizenship required on several Aarow Electric calls. **LU-405 Cedar Rapids** is a standout value play — most calls are paying $54.48/hr ($10 over scale) with **double-time OT** on 6-10s at the EWD and QTS data centers. Iowa license required on several calls. **LU-494 Milwaukee** has 149 calls with three contractors at Port Washington Data Center paying $62.73/hr ($10 over scale) and running 58-60 hrs/week — Wisconsin license required. Good money if you're licensed in the state. **LU-1426 Grand Forks** is worth a look for travelers — Parsons Electric is running 67 JW spots at Polaris Forge with $100/day per diem plus $100/day incentive, and 2nd shift adds a 31.4% differential on top of that. ND license required. Overall market is strong across the board — data centers are driving volume from Iowa to Virginia, and over-scale premiums are showing up in nearly every major dispatch.
