Background checks and OSHA 10 are common requirements here, so have your paperwork ready. **LU-26 Washington DC** is strong at **$62.00/hr base** with 137 calls — New River is topping out at **$77.00/hr** in Radford VA on 7-10s, though that one needs Real ID and a background check. Aarow Electric has 19 spots at a Springfield military base with a 2-year runway. **LU-405 Cedar Rapids** is quietly one of the best value plays right now — base is $44.48 but data center work at QTS and EWD is paying **$54.48/hr + double-time OT** on 6-10s.
